Services & Fee

Basic Service Flow:

1.Submit demand information
Clients submit product demand information and sign service contracts with Camshield. To ensure the accuracy of product information and prices, clients need to send us the product requirements as detailed as possible, including product size, specification, quantity, qualifications to be met, the destination country, and desired delivery date. Providing estimated annual demand and target price is preferred so that we can negotiate with the factories to further reduce procurement costs. This will help us to find the product that best meets the client’s requirements promptly and accurately.

2.Product sourcing
We source a wide range of potential manufacturers from our existing database, internet, trade shows & directories. For each product, we will give our client a minimum of 5 qualified suppliers. However, the number of manufacturers may vary according to the manufacturer scarcity of the requested product.

3.Price quotation
After obtaining the client demand information, we will send the client with the original factory quotations as well as factory and product qualifications within 1-2 working days. The quotation will include the product price, approximate transportation, customs fees, and our commission. Before we send all the information, we will do detailed factory qualifications and background verification.

4.Sampling
When the client confirms the quotation and delivery date and is willing to proceed to the next step, we will ask the factory to obtain samples from the factories (sample fees and shipping costs to be paid by clients).

5.Factory Auditing
We will send our inspector to visit the factory on behalf of our client. We will check the factory, negotiate the price and help our client to make video conference with the factory. Clients need to reimburse the travel expenses plus the 200USD service fee. Clients whose order amounts greater than US$30,000 can refund the service fee after the completion of the transaction. (as some factories manage their production strictly, clients need to inform us in advance for using this service, and we will confirm with the factory after consultation).

6.Place an Order
With needs satisfied, we will ask the factory to issue a PI directly to the client, and the client can make a payment directly to the factory. Camshield will not charge any commission at this stage. We will contact the supplier in real-time to monitor the progress and ensure on-time delivery.

7.Production Supervision
For clients who need to supervise factory production and delivery in real-time, we can send factory representatives to supervise production and report the factory progress every day, along with photos and videos, and there is a service fee of 50USD per day and the travel cost is reimbursed by the clients according to the actual expenses. (as some factories manage their production strictly, clients need to inform us in advance for using this service, and we will confirm with the factory after consultation).

8.Pre-shipment Inspection
We can arrange a professional pre-shipment inspection service by a notified third party and submit the client with a professional inspection report. The cost of the inspection report is about US$200-300. Such service is free for the order amount greater than US$50,000. (as some factories manage their production strictly, clients need to inform us in advance for using this service, and we will confirm with the factory after consultation).

9.Commission to Camshield
We don’t take any tax refund as our commission! so the product price that we give to our client is 100% tax-free price. We don’t charge any commission or deposit before the product is ready. But the commission to Camshield needs to be paid in full after the pre-shipment inspection before we release the product from the factory. For diamond membership, the payment term to camshield can be more flexible. We charge 5%-10% of the total product value for each transaction as commission:

10.Logistic and Customs Declaration
After the client has cleared the payment with the factory and Camshield, the factory will release the product immediately and send the product to the specified destination. We will help the client to contact the freight company and do customs clearance (clients can also do this on their own). We will get 3 of our freight companies to quote at the same time according to the actual shipping situation and delivery time and finally send a summary to the client as a reference. The client will make their own decision to choose the best option and make the payment directly to any of the freight company including their own freight company.

11.Free Warehouse
If a client needs to collect multiple products to be sent at the same time, we can provide 1 month of free warehouse storage near the airport.

12.After-Sale Service
Starting on the day such products are delivered, we will help solve any problems that arise due to the usage or quality issues of the products.

Membership:

1. Free Membership
Member fee: free
Member Rights:
We provide new clients with free sourcing services for any 3 products
Starting from the 4th product, each sourcing only charges US$50 of labor costs. If a client places an order (product value more than 5000USD), we will give the client 3 more free sourcing services.
Clients can repeat orders with products that have been previously sourced with Camshield without using a new sourcing request.

2. Silver Membership
Member fee: 599USD/year (client who successfully completed at least 10k USD worth orders per year with Camshield will automatically get a silver membership)
Member Rights:
We provide free sourcing services for any 12 products and 3 free factory auditing (no service fee, but the client needs to pay for the travel expenses) within 1 year.
Starting from the 13th product, each sourcing only charges US$40 of labor costs. If a client places an order (product value more than 5000USD), we will give the client 3 more free sourcing services.
Clients can repeat orders with products that have been previously sourced with Camshield without using a new sourcing request.

3. Golden Membership
Member fee: 899USD/year (client who successfully completed at least 20k USD worth orders per year with Camshield will automatically get a Golden membership)
Member Rights:
We provide free sourcing services for any 20 products and 5 free factory auditing (no service fee, but the client needs to pay for the travel expenses) within 1 year.
Starting from the 21st product, each sourcing only charges US$30 of labor costs. If a client places an order (product value more than 5000USD), we will give the client 3 more free sourcing services.
Clients can repeat orders with products that have been previously sourced with Camshield without using a new sourcing request.

4. Diamond Membership
Member fee: No Member fee. A client who successfully completed at least 100k USD worth of orders per year with Camshield will get the diamond membership.
Member Rights:
We provide unlimited free sourcing and free factory auditing services.
We give free cargo insurance on each of the shipment for our clients.
We help client to develop their own products in china.
For large orders, we can take 100% LC for our commission, so the client can release the commission after they received the products.
